Life @ Eurofins IT Delivery Center, India
I overlook and manage all HR functions, including but not limited to Employer Branding, HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisitions and Operations. I manage all these functions end-to-end and provide the employees with a seamless and satisfactory employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit.
At EITSI, one gets ample opportunities, support and empowerment. We generally use the term “sky is the limit”, but here at EITSI, it’s beyond the sky. We have a very people-oriented culture and our leaders embrace an open-door policy to provide employees with the comfort to reach out to us openly, get our mentoring on any subject, express their opinions and suggestions openly. This is the organization where anyone – regardless of their experience, profession or background – can grow and learn under the excellent leadership and fun culture we possess.
The trust, responsibility and empowerment to make decisions in the best interest of the organization that has been provided to me by my leaders makes me feel like a star here. It has helped me grow as an individual as well. The teamwork, ownership, culture, growth keeps me motivated. I am thoroughly enjoying this phase of my career with Eurofins and am super glad to be part of such a dynamic company that keeps growing every day.
A little about myself:
I love challenges – from the time I have been on-boarded, I have always had fruitful and positive days with something new to learn every day. My job keeps me hustling and I enjoy it to its fullest extent. The opportunities, belief from leadership, responsibilities and challenges keep me going. Apart from work, I am blessed with a busy and rewarding home life - I have been married for 13 beautiful years and am the proud mother of two lovely boys.
"The trust, responsibility and empowerment to make decisions in the best interest of the organization that has been provided to me by my leaders makes me feel like a star here."
Working on the GPTW Certification project
Working on the “Great Place To Work” certification project was a dream come true. I started working on the project in 2019 and had a brilliant team to work alongside with, with immense support from the HR and Admin teams. It was a very critical project as it held our image and would help us boost our reputation. Ever since then, we have worked tirelessly every day to maintain our certification; Now, having secured the title 2 years in a row, we are more motivated than ever.
With the title has come an exponential growth of trust and support from our employees. We are growing rapidly and becoming better with each new recruit, new opportunities, benefits, policies and processes. We always look forward to our scores and feel proud of our progress and achievements with each passing year. Giving back to the society and employees, redefining the processes, streamlining the policies to make it work in the best interest of the employees has been a brilliant experience that I have gotten the chance to manage and I have had a great time heading the GPTW Certification process.
