Your best approach is to be unapologetically YOU! In our interviews, we not only assess your technical skills, but also the aspects which make you unique. Be yourself and the rest will be easy.
We recommend using the STAR method for answering your questions while effectively demonstrating your people skills, leadership and working style. STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action and Result. Using this method will help you prepare crisp and clear responses with real-life examples. You are also encouraged to ask a lot of questions to know more about the role and if you see yourself fit in the culture.
